Shop Policies
Davidson Coops & Farm and The Davidson Design LLC and owners/employees does not accept returns, does not give refunds and does not do exchanges on any item or animal sold. You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing the order for a 95% refund, except for hatching eggs or other animals for sale. Hatching egg or animal order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your hatching egg or animal orders within 24 hours. However, please contact us with any questions or concerns. We are not responsible for any item or animal purchased once it has been delivered and accepted by the customer. However, please contact us and read the below shipping information below if you have an item arrive damaged. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of life or illness while using/handling one of our products or animals. We are not responsible for products or animals that are damaged or deceased after delivery. Shipping with out of house shipping companies: Davidson Coops & Farm and The Davidson Design LLC and owners/employees are not responsible for items or animals that are damaged or lost during transit if shipped with an out of house shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. If your item is shipped using an out of house shipping company and is damaged during transit please save ALL packaging, take lots of pictures of the damages and contact us immediately. They will not give a refund if you do not save all packing materials and have photos of the damages. You must contact us the day of or day after delivery. We will then file a claim for the damaged item. Once the shipping company has paid the claim, we will issue a full refund or ship replacement product to you. We can only ship day old chicks in groups of 12 or more for their safety. If you have chicks arrive deceased please take photos and contact us immediately. We will give you a refund for the chicks that arrive deceased or we can ship replacement chicks at a later date as long as your order atleast 12 at that time.**If you do not save the packaging, take photos of the damages and contact us the day of or day after delivery, we are not responsible to file a claim for the damaged product or give you a refund.** If your item is shipped with an out of house shipping company and is lost or undelivered please contact us immediately. In House Personal Delivery Service:When we personally deliver items you must have a cleared out clean path for our truck and trailer to access. We can not deliver to washed out roads, steep hills/slopes/mountains or heavily uneven terrain. We will not be able to access roads, gates or pathways that are not atlest 8.5’ wide. Please speak with a customer service representative to discuss delivery instructions, route and ground preparation. Davidson Coops & Farm and The Davidson Design LLC and owners also reserve the right to decline service or sale to anyone or cancel any order for any reason if we need to. We must contact the customer through email if an order has to be cancelled on our end. The customer will be given a full refund if we have to cancel their order due to something on our end.
