This is our 7'x18' base chicken coop and build your own chicken coop listing. The 7'x18' coop will hold up tp 32 chickens.
 
The 7’x18’ and 8’x20’ chicken coops come standard with a few more things.\ than the smaller coops. They both come standard with:
-1/2” hardware cloth wire
-synthetic PVC flooring
-an exterior side nesting box
-front & back vented gable windows
-a full metal roof
-4 vented side windows
-2 swing open back cleanout doors
-4x4 skid/base upgrade

*All of our coops are built to last using only solid, treated, prime grade lumber. We do not use plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. The treated wood will not rot, but it will still absorb water and sunlight. So all of the wood should water sealed, stained or painted if you want it to have more longevity… just like a deck or fence would need to be. You don’t have to, but the coop will last longer if you do. If you would like us to water seal, paint or stain your coop and frame it is available as an add-on option for an additional fee.*
 
**We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Delivery is $2 per mile for any trip under 400 miles. Any delivery over 400 miles will be $3 per mile. Please message us with the size coop you would like and your delivery zip code for a quote. When we deliver you must have a cleared out, flat, level area to place the coop and have a direct path to the area that our truck and trailer will be able to access.**
