The coop pictured is our 5’x15’ size. It has a 5’x5’ house, 15’ of run space and will hold up to 16 chickens. It has three 5’ roosting sticks inside the house and a gloss black metal roof. The total height to the top is approximately 7’ and the run door is 5.5’ tall. All of our coops now come with a full metal roof, front & back vented gable windows, an exterior side nesting box, synthetic pvc flooring and 1/2” hardware cloth wire. Add-ons are available for an additional fee, please see the add-on list below. The add-on's on this coop are: a 4x4 base, deep litter method, roll-out side nesting box, two automatic doors, a barn light on front ans an interior solar light. *DELIVERY: Our delivery is in house, White Glove Delivery! This means that your coop will come fully assembled, ready to use and delivered exactly where you need it to be. The only thing you will need to do is have a fairly level spot to put it and enough space for our truck and trailer to access.
 
 **We can NOT SHIP these, they are too large and heavy. They are only available for delivery or pickup. Our White Glove Delivery fee is $2 per mile for any distance under 400 miles from us. Any delivery over 400 miles from Pembroke, KY will be $3 per mile. Please message us with the size coop you would like and your delivery zip code for a quote. When we deliver you need to have a cleared out, flat, level area to place the coop and have a direct path to the area that our truck and trailer will be able to access. This can even be a level grassy area in your yard.**
 
*All of our coops are built to last using only solid, treated, prime grade lumber. We do not use plywood, osb or T1-11 in the construction of our coops. The treated wood will not rot, but it will still absorb water and sunlight. So all of the wood should water sealed, stained or painted if you want it to have more longevity… just like a deck or fence would need to be. You don’t have to, but the coop will last longer if you do. If you would like us to water seal, paint or stain your coop and frame it is available as an add-on option for an additional fee.*
